Current AI use, tools, data and skills across teams.
Move from scattered AI experiments to adoption across the business. We build a phased roadmap with owners, milestones, training and measures of success.
An AI adoption roadmap is a phased plan for rolling AI out across a business: which use cases come first, who owns them, what data and platforms are needed, how people are trained and how success is measured. ML Data House builds roadmaps that start with one production use case and expand in quarterly phases.
Quarterly phases that each deliver working AI, not slideware.
Who sponsors, builds, runs and uses each AI capability.
Role-based learning for executives, managers and hands-on teams.
Shared data, model and security foundations so each new use case is faster.
Policies and reviews introduced at the right time, not all at once.
Usage, quality and value measures with a simple review rhythm.
Short, visible steps with a demo or decision at the end of each one.

One remote team, planned around the rules and working patterns of each market.
We work from our UK office in Wolverhampton with clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, remotely. Projects are planned around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, ICO guidance on AI and data protection, and, if you sell into Europe, the EU AI Act.
For UK firms we align roadmap phases with ICO accountability expectations and any sector rules, such as FCA guidance in financial services.
We work remotely with US companies from coast to coast, and UK working hours overlap with the US East Coast morning for live calls and demos. We plan around the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and sector rules like HIPAA where they apply.
For US firms we align phases with the NIST AI RMF and the reporting your board, auditors or customers expect.
Prioritised use cases, phases and milestones, owners, data and platform work, governance steps, training, budget ranges and KPIs for deciding what to scale.
The strategy decides where AI should be used and why. The roadmap is the delivery plan: who does what, when, and how progress is measured. See AI strategy consulting.
Common reasons are no business owner, data that is hard to reach, no plan for running the system in production, and users who were not involved. A roadmap addresses each of these up front.
Usually 12 to 18 months, with detail on the first quarter and lighter planning further out, reviewed every quarter.
Yes. We can build the use cases, platforms and training, or support your internal team as delivery partner.
Through active usage, task completion and quality measures, time or cost saved, and user feedback, reported in a simple dashboard.
Yes. A lighter roadmap keeps spending focused and avoids paying for overlapping AI tools.
