Document systems, data flows and where AI adds value.
Bring AI into your CRM, ERP, helpdesk, databases and internal tools without replacing them. We connect models and AI services securely and make them part of everyday workflows.
AI integration services connect AI capabilities to the software a business already runs, so predictions, summaries, classifications or agent actions appear inside existing workflows. ML Data House integrates AI models and LLM services with CRMs, ERPs, helpdesks, databases and web apps through secure APIs, middleware and automation tools.
Lead scoring, email drafting and call summaries in Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics.
Invoice reading, reconciliation suggestions and forecasting in your ERP.
Ticket triage, suggested replies and knowledge answers in Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom.
Robust services that call AI models with retries, caching and logging.
n8n, Zapier, Make.com and Power Automate flows with AI steps.
Data masking, role-based access, audit logs and usage limits.
Short, visible steps with a demo or decision at the end of each one.

One remote team, planned around the rules and working patterns of each market.
We work from our UK office in Wolverhampton with clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, remotely. Projects are planned around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, ICO guidance on AI and data protection, and, if you sell into Europe, the EU AI Act.
For UK clients we map where personal data travels, choose UK/EU-hosted AI services where needed and record it for UK GDPR.
We work remotely with US companies from coast to coast, and UK working hours overlap with the US East Coast morning for live calls and demos. We plan around the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and sector rules like HIPAA where they apply.
For US clients we can keep data in US regions and support HIPAA business-associate arrangements with AI vendors where needed.

With role-based access, data masking, encryption, audit logs, approved vendors and limits on usage and cost.
AI integration covers any AI capability, including predictive models. Generative AI integration focuses on LLM features such as drafting, summarising and chat.
A single workflow can take a few weeks; larger multi-system integrations are delivered in phases.
Yes. We monitor, update for API changes and improve prompts or models as needs change.
