Self-check
Start with our free AI readiness checklist to see your starting point.
Find out how ready your organization is for AI before you spend on it. We score your data, technology, people and governance, and give you a short, prioritised list of what to fix.
An AI readiness assessment is a structured review of whether your data, systems, skills and governance can support AI projects. ML Data House scores each area, compares it with what your priority use cases need, and gives you a gap list and a 90-day action plan, so the first AI project starts on solid ground.
Quality, access, ownership and history of the data your use cases depend on.
Cloud, data platforms, APIs and security controls needed to run AI reliably.
Who will own, build, use and support AI, and where training or hiring is needed.
How work flows today and where AI would change it, so adoption is planned.
Policies for privacy, model risk, acceptable use and vendor AI tools.
A clear score per area with evidence, and the actions that move each score up.
Short, visible steps with a demo or decision at the end of each one.

One remote team, planned around the rules and working patterns of each market.
We work from our UK office in Wolverhampton with clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, remotely. Projects are planned around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, ICO guidance on AI and data protection, and, if you sell into Europe, the EU AI Act.
For UK organizations we check records of processing, DPIA practice and data-sharing agreements as part of the governance score.
We work remotely with US companies from coast to coast, and UK working hours overlap with the US East Coast morning for live calls and demos. We plan around the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and sector rules like HIPAA where they apply.
For US organizations we check privacy notices, data-retention rules and any HIPAA or state-law obligations that affect AI use.
You are ready to start when you have a clear problem to solve, access to the related data and someone who owns the result. Our free AI readiness checklist gives a quick view; the full assessment gives evidence and a plan.
Data quality and access, technology and integration, people and skills, processes, and governance. Each is scored against the needs of your priority use cases.
Usually one to three weeks, depending on the number of teams and systems involved.
Readiness asks whether you can start specific AI projects now. Maturity describes how far AI is embedded across the organization. The assessment covers both, with the focus on what to do next.
A low score is useful: it shows exactly what to fix first. Many gaps, such as data access or ownership, can be closed in weeks.
Yes. We keep it light for smaller teams, focusing on one or two use cases and the minimum needed to start safely.
Yes. We can fix data pipelines, set up governance and deliver the first use case through our 3-month framework, or support your team to do it.
Tell us about your goals, data and systems. We will reply with practical next steps, wherever you are in the UK, the US or worldwide.
