Scope
Define the problem, users, data and success measures.
Bespoke AI software for problems off-the-shelf tools cannot solve. We design, build and run custom models, LLM applications and AI agents that use your data and fit your systems.
Custom AI development is building AI software designed for one organization's data, processes and goals, instead of using a generic product. ML Data House builds custom machine learning models, LLM applications, AI agents and the data pipelines and apps around them, then deploys and monitors them in production.
Forecasting, scoring, classification and recommendation trained on your history.
Assistants, document understanding and knowledge search on your content.
Agents that complete multi-step tasks across your tools with guardrails.
Pipelines and warehouses that feed AI reliable, up-to-date data.
Web apps and APIs that put AI into the hands of users.
Quality, drift, cost and uptime tracked after go-live.
Short, visible steps with a demo or decision at the end of each one.
Define the problem, users, data and success measures.
A working proof of concept on your real data.
Production engineering, integrations, testing and security.
Deployment, monitoring, retraining and handover.
One remote team, planned around the rules and working patterns of each market.
We work from our UK office in Wolverhampton with clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, remotely. Projects are planned around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, ICO guidance on AI and data protection, and, if you sell into Europe, the EU AI Act.
UK clients can choose UK or EU cloud regions for data and models, and we document processing for UK GDPR.
We work remotely with US companies from coast to coast, and UK working hours overlap with the US East Coast morning for live calls and demos. We plan around the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and sector rules like HIPAA where they apply.
US clients can choose US cloud regions, and we can work within HIPAA, SOC 2 or customer security requirements.
When your process, data or rules are specific, when AI must sit inside your own systems, or when you need control over privacy, cost and quality. For common needs an existing tool is often enough, and we will say so.
A prototype usually takes a few weeks; a production system typically takes about three months through our 3-month framework.
Predictive models (forecasting, churn, risk, fraud), LLM applications (assistants, document processing, search), computer vision and AI agents.
Yes. We integrate with CRMs, ERPs, databases, data warehouses and internal tools through APIs and connectors.
We use role-based access, encryption, the cloud region you choose, and only send data to third-party AI services when you have approved it.
Yes. We can monitor, retrain and improve the system, or hand it to your team with documentation and training.
Yes, remotely across the UK, the US and worldwide, from our UK office.
Tell us about your goals, data and systems. We will reply with practical next steps, wherever you are in the UK, the US or worldwide.
